SbS Fantasy League: Week 11 Results

During the 2014 NFL season, SbS Football is simulating a fantasy football league in which the teams are based on the hometown states of current NFL players.  For more information on the league, including how the teams were developed, league rules and the weekly schedule, please see our Season Preview.

Week 11 Results
Game 1: Northeast defeated Georgia / SC (74.7 - 72.8)
Analysis: The Northeast team squeaked out a victory thanks to Andrew Hawkins (15.7 points) return to the lineup and another solid game from Rob Gronkowski (13.1 points).

Game 2: West defeated Mid-Atlantic (59.5 - 49.9)

Analysis: The West team got a much needed victory despite only two players scoring in double-digits (Shaun Hill and Jordy Nelson); the Mid-Atlantic team is now the lowest scoring team in the league.

Game 3: Florida defeated California (78.2 - 68.1)
Analysis: The Florida team ended its six game losing streak as both of its running backs (Alfred Morris and Frank Gore) and two of its wide-receivers (Antonio Brown and Kelvin Benjamin) scored in double-digits.

Game 4: Texas defeated Ohio River Valley (125.1 - 87.3)
Analysis: Led by monster weeks from Mike Evans (32.9 points) and Jamaal Charles (29.8 points), the Texas team easily outscored every team in the league.

Game 5: Gulf Region defeated Midwest (97.7 - 61.3)
Analysis: Amazingly, the Gulf Region team is now a perfect 11-0 as it once again benefited from solid weeks by Peyton Manning (20.4 points), Eddie Lacy (23.4 points) and Matt Forte (17.5 points).
